You need to refresh your aadhar card in DigiLocker App. Here are the steps:
DigiLocker App >>> Issued documents >>> See All >>>> click 3 dots >>> Refresh

I am facing the exact same problem as Ashok Barman. My DigiLocker is perfectly set up, but DigiYatra is unable to connect with my eAadhaar on DigiLocker. I am also on iPhone (12).

When I try to link my e Adhaar card, after accepting the OTP the screen blinks and goes back to link Adhaar card.
